Dragon Amulets

My question is, I've been killin myself to lvl up to 16 to get a dragon of choice. I looked in the library to see what all the info is on this. It says that I need 5/6 pieces of an amulet of melding to summon a dragon. I was told in chat that it starts at lvl10. I'm lvl14 and have yet to recieve a piece. What's going on? I've been doing dragon quests from lvl10.

I haven't gotten anyone except the one at lvl10, they others haven't popped up. Or I'm looking in the wrong place.

Once you complete the quest with the air dragon, you will see one for the chaos dragon pop up (the purple one), then the others will show as you reach the appropriate level

Nothing as you need 'all 6 parts' to be able to assemble them into one.
