You probbably have not finished a pre-requisite quest, so try to do some others

Dear QianYq, as we can see from our logs, you have started doing Dragon quest chain (consists of 6 different quests), but abandoned after quest Dragon Remedy. To carry on, please find quest "Retribution" in your quest log.
Please note, to acquire a Dragon, you will have to complete 6 quests, not 6 tasks from Elder Dragons.
