Trial Combat

The quest appears for me but when I go to Vaalor Academy to fight Storm Rand, he is no where to be found. Can someone fix this bug. I got the screen shot on my profile.

It has been a month and I finish a battleground battle and the Trial by Combat quest appear. All I can say is WOW, I was not surprise just somewhat disappointed that nothing has been done or try to be done to fix the bug. I will not even waste anymore of my time cause I know none of you guys are wasting time cause no one care enough to look.
