I did not think Garuda popped while in an instance, but I got both Garuug and Snowflake in Durg’s Cavern just before the final fight

No garuug can pop anywhere.

Can Garuug pop in Marian Sea too? If yes, it is a problem. IMHO, it is not supposed to be like that even in an instance.

But he can pop in 81k+ protector instances too. And it's a bug)
