I been having some issue when I use the medallion of permanence III which is suppose to stop the exp gained at lvl 3 but yet I'm still gaining some exp after battle in AOH mainly and even when I fight normal mobs. Is there like a but going on with the item, or does it has anything to do with me having the blessing of the elder dragon bluffs that is slipping some of the exp after every battle
