That makes no sense. The game denied us getting the quest yesterday morning and therefore many of us tried and could not... and now can’t do any of them? Please correct this.

I believe in the meantime, if you have free time the quest for the disappearance of any dahlia is not too bad and doable. Hope it helps a bit, sorry I do not have a better solution at this time.
