Host451, Is this your main? Since you are a 2434d old level 15, you are truly better off to start a new character. You will be missing a lot of quests and I can almost guarantee your toon will be full of bugs if you haven't been active since 2016.
If you really want to try to make that a main, you can apply with Valor Serpents or Sea Wolves for your best odds of finding a semi-active clan. League of Legends and Ninth are also an active vaalor clans but are usually pickier about who joins. Drach and 7th are also active if you can speak the same languages or use a translator you might want to ask one of those leaders.
I really don't recommend that toon as a main. It doesn't look like you spent any money. You should use Host451 as an alt.

Let me correct that to 0.01%. Your toon looks like a level 3.

I think it would be a good idea for you to restart as well. If you really don’t want to of course that is your choice. But, a lot of clans are picky about who they let in just because of the level and sometimes clans have been screwed letting smaller people in, who in turn abuse the chest, etc.

If people seem overly cautious, that’s the reason sadly. But you can still grow without a clan, just take some more time and effort. The dragon quests can be done once you upgrade you’re gear a bit more. Can save some reals from daily bonus to help pay for some of the cave quests for equipment. I believe boots quests is 3 reals or so.

Host451, Then you will have to play clanless for the time being. Please check if you have your DOT spells (the damage over time ones, like Fire Chain or Seal of Wounding. If you do not have those spells then you are definitely missing a major update.

I have landslide but I don't have seal of wounding just yet. Will I really be needing to start over? All I began playing for in the beginning was the dragon. Now to restart will push me farther away from my goal, but also being me closer to becoming stronger. I hear you guys loud and clear. But unless it's absolutely necessary, I don't know about starting over.
