Anyone Figure out Compass or maps?

I've used the map..
1. At sea .. Nothing
2. Pier... nothing
3. Pier extra island... Nothing
4. Inland island being mined .. Nothing
5. Pirate Island... Nothing.
BTW... Fix it so its in English not Russian. appreciate that.
