It is up to the leader what to do with members. He didn't gain control through foul play or anything, the leader was passed to him by the previous one hence anything player wants to do with clan was up to him/her. Was it wrong - probably, was it against the rules or with any foul play? - no.

There could be an argument to be made that there was in fact foul play.
The clan leader is entrusted with a fiduciary responsibility to do what is in the best interests of the clan and it's members. This is inherent and expected. To behave contrary to that expectation is a dereliction of responsibilities and duties.
If, in the opinion of the clan leader, that the clan needs to be disbanded, it should be made clear to the members, who paid their gold for taxes and membership, that it is his intention to disband. At that time there should be the opportunity for each member to express their opinion and if it's agreed to close the clan, then so be it. Distribute the assets of the clan in whatever manner is deemed to be appropriate and reasonable, keeping in mind the equity invested by the membership.
Was there any deception involved? Did the clan's membership realize that Toot Sweet was planning to remove all the members? Did Toot Sweet take all the items available, as well as gold and any reals from clan chest? Are the clan assets going to be, or have they been transferred to a different account? A deception of hidden motives is still a deception and would constitute "foul play" in my opinion.
I'm not in Inferno Legacy, and I don't know the details of how all of this transpired. I'm just replying to the "foul play" comment and offering a different perspective.
This does set a precedent for future actions. What are the protections afforded clan members for what they pay and contribute to their clan? If foul play is indeed determined to be what happened, then what are the ramifications and remedies?
I can appreciate the fact that there is a responsibility by the membership to elect a trustworthy, if not virtuous leader, but as we have noticed in the past with some members who steal from the clan chest after gaining the trust and required permissions, that not everyone is honest and some will behave in a manner to defraud others. Beyond prudent behavior, the game Administration is the only authoritative protection available to the members.
I do hope that there will be a sincere effort to look into the actions and that the Administration behaves as defenders of justice to ensure all the affected players are protected or punished appropriately with a reasoned and measured response that reflects the character and integrity that this game expects and adheres to.

Pretty sure kicking everybody and then selling all their crap on AH that they didn't contribute to sounds like stealing to me. Perhaps I should work on an alt, stay long enough in a clan to gain access and then take everything out and sell it an AH. When he where Founder of Clan, and says anytime he dont want to lead in future and dont want, that another lead, ok.
But Toot come short before get Inferno Legacy in Clan. He wasnt voted. Also Eddard was only one week there.And he get it from eddieson, so i resume, that it is presumably all the same Player.
Now Toot hes destroyed all Gear and sell Dust in Auction, he has destroyed Ships. He sell all """our"" payed Things for """his"" Pushing.

It was be able, to rescue Inferno Legacy. One of the oldest Clans in Game. One decision from Administration or Support reached, to forbid this act of dishonor. Yes, thats not in Rules, because no one thought, that one player is selfish and unpribcipled enough, to do that. But know one ******* Player destroyed, for what many people worked several Years.

My life as a player "SirLucky" end here, they can hex me, they can kill me, i will only play for curse every Player i think that he was involved in this Action or support them. And i have many on my list. I can no great curses, but at the right time they hurt also.

Because it's the first clan name when I click on the list of the clans, not because you decide to make every single post about you instead supporting SirLucky in asking for help. I can start from the bottom of the list as well, and I have no agenda against any clan, it just feels like stealing. I wasn't harassing anyone and I didn't call anyone loser like you just did. I used a for example to try to show that had it happened to another clan, it would also be wrong. But like most things, you like to take it as an attack on you and make it about you. It's not, get over yourself.

And, I will always support someone who got screwed over. Anyone can post and say what they feel in regards to this whole bad situation. Just because you don't feel like there's a point to these posts, doesn't mean other people don't. You are not forum god. SirLucky has been on every single day trying to get people to rally and support. It's better than sitting back and just taking it. At least you will have tried for something that mattered to you.

For however little it is worth, I hope something can be done for IL and my heart goes out to you SirLucky. I fully support all your efforts.

MoGen, You have no idea how hard I am working to help get this fixed. I believe in the idea that "You catch more flies with honey" would be a good idea for people to keep in mind. SirLucky had my support until he started threatening people who had nothing to do with this. Yes, it feels like stealing, Yes, it should be corrected, but also yes, this could have been prevented. And, most important, only Toot Sweet can fix it, so people need to stop threatening everyone else they "think" is involved. Bullying people into doing what you want them to do is never the solution.

I never said you weren't working hard to get this fixed, and I never implied that you were behind it either. I was simply making a point about how I would qualify what happened as stealing. Not sure what 'people' are threatening other people, but I just hope something can be done to help people that were active in that clan. He may have overreacted but their entire clan just collapsed and now that alt is selling every single thing in that chest in AH. This alt has no intention of fixing anything. I hope the money the alt gains from selling this stuff gets it shackled or the main. It's one thing to destroy the clan and take all the stuff in the chest, it's another to have the audacity to sell that stuff in plain view.

Of course, this could've been prevented, but it's a matter of trust. Assuming the alt was made leader, because it was passed by previous leader, then it would be with the intention that he or she would do good things for the clan. No one could've possibly guessed that when it happened, they would get screwed out of an entire clan. Just like when you take some low level, build them up and they start doing lots for the clan, like warring, crafting food for the chest. No one just thinks, that one day they will come and take everything out of the chest. Then, they will either leave clan with all the resources and sell in AH or sell it back to the game like what happened to the Fallen, so that it becomes unrecoverable. I will commend the game for giving something to The Fallen even if it was miniscule compared to what was lost. Anyway, point still stands:

• Clan Members are allowed to use Gold stored in the Clan Chest at their own discretion. Permissions for withdrawing Gold from the Clan Chest are issued by the Head of the Clan, and any disagreements are considered to be Clan's internal affairs.

• Guardians will only interfere with certain cases where fraud is evident or hacking is suspected, e.g:
- a Clan Member left the Clan, taking all the Gold from the Clan Chest with him;
- a Clan Member who took out a 100 Gold loan didn't return it in due time.
Guardians will investigate such cases only upon receiving a screenshot that states the conditions of the deal.


For me the question is if its fraud or not. So if the new leader made false pretentions to receive the leader post or not. But this is a rule against sneaking yourself to the clan leader position under false pretention, which is fraud.

Great logic going on with the guardians, if a player is caught giving out 2 gold to another player, they will be punished and jailed. If a clan leader steals from the rest of the clan members and rips them off for hundreds of golds and even reals, they're perfectly fine with that. This is not a case of whether it's against the rules anymore, it's more of a case against morals. Technically, it is wrong to bonecrush other people, but do you see lv70 players started bonecrushing lv30s or lv20s for no reason? Of course not, that is what moral is.

Seems to me that the issue of theft and fraud is easily solved. If there were no bad intentions on the part of "Toot Sweet" let him return the goods to the chest, or in lieu of goods already dusted and/or sold, make restitution in gold to the chest/clan. If this player will not make some gesture of good will then let him/her be revealed as the thief that he is. No response from Toot Sweet and all his/her alts is a response. No sense continuing to ask Admin to do the right thing. maybe it's time for a little "street justice" administered by the players.
