first what class are you/do you desire to be? in order to see the best weapon for your chosen class you click on the 'best' option that is at the bottom of your weapon icon. You must note that the barbarian's need an item to make the better versions of the base weapon. you can also do crafting to make base starter gear as well if you do not want to buy something from the auction house!
