As long as you have money on your paypal account you don't need to have CC attached to it. Somebody can paypal you the money, you can receive money to paypal through other things etc....

If you don't have more tha. $2 on your PayPal you can't buy anything on this game, unless you tie it to you bank or credit card or line of credit through PayPal
