I am curious, what is the logic behind un-clanned characters not being able to see & attack sydian mines? ">">

If you go to the clans tab and read on sea conquests and you can see that the archipelago was mainly intended for clans who worked to get the dockyards and boats. As a person with no clan you can only get there by someone from a level 3 clan and boats inviting you along. So you don't have full access not being in a clan.

Rubido, Level 1 clans can see mines. :)
