Only 64 in game are level 70 and not all are active. I know quite a few that were stalling until level 62 to keep in the lower bracket for a few more DoTs, but I hope they all hit 62 and rush to 70 soon enough

As the so-called game secretary, here's some more numbers to work with.
64 level 70s - Most are actually still active. (63 if you look at AlexD, who must be admin in disguise?)
27 are valor capped.

21 are Vaalor. (of those 21, at least 5 are no longer active)
Of the 16 Vaalor left active, only 5 are valor capped.

We need more time with a cap for Vaalor to have any hope of getting stronger.
And we need more active players to step up and stop stalling!!
