Clarify Insignia awards

Ok, So boss fight today:
king joffrey got 39 insignias. I got 59 insignias. Why?

for insignias only damage to boss matters , not to minions. so we can't tell for sure how much damage you both did to boss

to make things even more clear: boss gives 1000 insignias.
depending on your damage to boss, your fraction of damage from boss total hp is the same fraction from 1000 insignias

And to be 100& accurate every of the mobs drops one insignia as well to the player that dealt the most dmg to it along with 2 hero rep
