Some AER transfers got things others not?

wondering about this dragon stellar give away, some people got 11-12, others none (both my names got 0) wondering why this is. and wondering who got the most.

Depends on your dragons lvl. I think it is 1stellar per 3lvls.

As far as dragon stellars it's most likely because they had their dragon abilities reset. Some might have received small items due to issues they might have been having in process with their characters (some possibly by mistake). But we won't be removing the items from those who received them.
