I have two questions. First, is it possible to delete a character? And second, how can I see the timezones for servers? My timezone is EST and I was wondering if that makes a difference or not.

EDIT: Now all I am getting is "Server Connection Error" and "Server Updated. Please Refresh" and has been happening for the last 2ish hours. And yes I did clear my cache, cookies, history and all of that.
