Blocked from buying reals..... ?

Is anyone else blocked from getting reals? paymentwall is asking me for my photo ID and a screen shot of a online credit card transaction to them...heck i don't have an online credit card account...I've been a loyal patron to this game for along time, and I've always used the same credit card, I don't understand why there's a problem now. I've spent thousands of dollars in this game across many accounts I've had in the past and I now feel like DE has betrayed me.. PLEASE FIX the problem admnt. Id rather not quit the game, but if you cant fix this I'll have to and take my money some place else.

If it's payment wall blocking your card then I don't think it's DE (I had an issue awhile ago where paypal thought there was fraudulent stuff going on and blocked me, I thought it was DE but it was actually paypal) it's paymentwall. Since it's paymentwall there isn't anything DE can do about it and the only ones that can fix it is paymentwall. That said I never used paymentwall, not sure what that is, I have used paypal in the past. (Are they the same thing?)

You could also try contacting your bank and seeing if they can help or show you a transaction you did. (Don't you get receipts? Back when I used paypal I would get them in my email.)

Paymentwall is the secure coding system install by E-bay. E-bay bought out Pay Pal a long time back and this is the secure coding system they roll out to compete with the juggernaut Amazon's secure online transaction system. DE has other payment options other than pay pal. Don't want to bore anymore peeps so my final answer is NOT DE FAULT.

It's exactly as Ironic123 says, it's just a security measure from paymentwall and you'll need to follow their instructions.

PayPal is a hassle. Try buying the card online and use paypal to pay for it. I have a company I use and will share with you if you ask me in PM. Works great for several months now and now up charging....
