I had a thought...about IW

Let's get an IW going!
Would a NAKED fight but NO damage dealt on BOTH sides resulting in NO reward for EITHER parties (valor, xp, etc) still be considered a rigged fight? If it was NOT NAKED but still NO damage dealt on BOTH sides resulting in NO reward for EITHER parties (valor, xp, etc) however BOTH sides would get DURABILITY LOSS be considered rigged? I can see option number 1 going both ways but for option 2 I wouldn't really consider it as rigged since NEITHER party is getting a reward instead they are BOTH LOSING.
So here is the idea: Would it be ok to have yourself (or collaborate with someone) to use alts to get an IW started and then have everyone die out/lag out where the game kills them off for inactivity? In this way the participation needed for the quest is done but NO ONE gets ANY xp, valor, etc. Depending on option 1 or 2 may or may not receive gear damage.
I apologize for caps on some words but they are to make my point abundantly clear.
Of course a very simple solution would be to make IW skippable just like Vortex.
While thinking about it I also considered this for Vortex since everything gets removed and it's dependent on what you find in the Vortex however I can definitely see that a harsher punishment for Vortex would be given since in that scenario I am basically giving myself gold.
But in the instance of IW and in the scenarios I gave I would not really consider those rigged (maybe the first but I truly don't think the second should be seen as rigged since gear damage would be happening unlike the first) so I would not expect that great of a punishment, if any.
Side Note: IW needs at least 20 to start. Vortex needs 18-27. Vortex is far better than IW in my opinion. I view IW basically as a ToH on steroids with greater rewards. And yet Vortex can be skipped and IW can't.
Why is Vortex better in my opinion? It gives you not only xp and valor like IW, ToH, and all the rest but it also gives heroism like sea battle but it gives rewards sea battle doesn't such as: adan rep, eye of abyss, casket of plenty, and you get gold or reals if you win by winning the bid. That is so much better than just a basically beefed up ToH plus mount weapon. Vortex also offers different styles of combat, more options, and just plain more fun.
Another Note: The only thing you are spending for Vortex is gold and (thought it was reals as well but it seems like they might have changed that to gold). However it is a very small amount. only 1-5g (or 1-5r if the reals one is still there) It is easy to get 5g in one day. 1-5r is a little harder but not much. You can easily get enough during a week to trade for it through a clan chest or you can simply just stick to the gold Vortex. Remember for Vortex, unlike the other arenas, you aren't paying for buffs, mount, pots, gear damage, etc. You don't pay anything except for however much you bid and considering they only happen 1 or 2 times a week it is easy to get the gold needed for them. Vortex is a place where nothing matters going into it except for your bid. Everyone is equal, it depends on what you find in the Vortex. Only advantage is top bidders get 1 more life. That all said let's get a Vortex going! (Been saying that since they first put it in lol)
There was even one point awhile ago that I offered to completely finance a Vortex going by giving people the gold/reals for it, got those terms oked by Ihit provided people actually used it for Vortex, and people still didn't go for it. ">
Seriously what do I have to do to get one going? lol

Any thoughts about my idea for IW or about anything I said in the above statements?

lol ironic no?
Anyways: mini alliances? I never even considered those lol. Every one starts out at different islands I think. Also to find out who was in queue you would have to ask the actual people (unless exactly say 20 in queue and 20 online in bracket) so until it started. The way I was planning on playing a Vortex was just try to find the best gear (or win it from battles since I think you can can't you?) and then just beat up everyone and try to get the most points
