Keys for Chests

When I logged in on my old Luna account just to check it out on the daily login there was a get more option and you could get one of the three special chests buy using keys. Is this only available for the old Luna characters. I like that the keys can be obtained for free but could I get some more information about them?

It's only available from mobile devices plus it's not available all the time. But as answer to your question no it wasn't only for those on luna.
