Talk to the keeper of the archive

Each time I try to complete this quest I keep getting the message my backpack is too heavy and I must purchase teleportation. Unable to navigate anywhere else in the game. Any suggestions?

noob alert....figured it out. Had to sell some stuff from my backpack. Thanks for taking the time to read my post.

Yes to enter various places you can't be overloaded so if you're offered to buy teleportation scroll or backpack space simply clean out some of your stuff from bag ;)
