i did the caster of arrows twice for my collsseum training mission and i paid reals to buy most of it and now its saying i never did the collection at all please fix this

If you cashed in the collections they don't count, you have to keep them in your backpack.

As Valor_King already said Gladiators collection counts for quest(-s) only if you still have it in your possession. Doing the gladiator battle removes the collection and it is no longer counted for quest(-s) so complete quest first before doing the gladiator fights in Colosseum.
