clan image

I've received an email saying that my clan images are unacceptable as there are many white pixels around it. I'm pretty sure i've removed all white pixels around. Does anyone know what that means and can help me with it?

Use any picture editor and zoom in as close as you can, the borders around the icon/image must not contain any white pixels around it.

doesn't seem like there's any..but they still replied saying there are white pixels around

Background must be completely transparent there can't be a single white pixel, try opening your icons in picture editor with black background as white pixels would be much more obvious to see. Even opening with windows picture viewer and zooming in close to maximum the white pixels are relatively easy to spot.
