collection bug

I have my shield raiser collection completed enough for seven battles plus ten oath papers but the collection pass won't light up. When I click purchase instead of collect like it should,it states "Are you sure you want to purchase missing items needed to complete collection?" When nothing is missing... Please help I've lost a few reals just trying to figure out why I can't collect

I just had the same thing with bc collection it charged me 30r even though I had the piece there goes 30r for nothing................

Yeah went ahead on just used the one it should have used in the first place but now it's doing the same thing with my spear striker collections telling me to purchase instead of complete
