the quest didn't open up for me ?? got the A wonderful Dedaire Artifact but cant do it cus the other quest will not show.

Please be more specific on issues you're having with quest. If you mean the quest for red weapons, your purchase of 27 reals was before you received the quest therefor it won't be counted.

not sure if i got it right but afaik the seal of searching doesnt exist anymore and the items u needed the seal for now drop without it from the mobs

That would be correct, seal items now drop from their monsters just normally and you don't have to have a buff like in old days.
