I'm not able to see the collections players completed... do I have to clear cashes etc or are other players having same problems?

Ihit, Oh okay :) btw, I noticed there is some lvl71 mount-armor, so that means that lvl 70 isn't the final cap?

It is for now. Also there is no plans to change the requirements for those armor pieces at the moment. As far as collections of other players goes, if you wish to see them open options -> interface and tick "Player Info Screen" and then simply click information on anyone in-game. It'll open up a window where you can see their collections if you switch to right tab.
