I just attacked the creature normally..........it gave me a Phonotarus and the quest completed

I still believe this is a bug because that is NOT how the quest was meant to run

Phonotarus's were meant to be used to destroy the creatures NOT to be collected from the creatures

remember that you have to use the phonotaurus when the health of the phantoms drops below 30%. Are you sure that you are still in possession of the phonotaurus?

for your first statement, yes, I know, I put them in my belt to use during combat, & they were faded out until I could use them (<30%)

may I also add for your first statement, I do not like that you are hinting that you think I am dumb and do not know what I am doing, please have respect for other members

for your second section/question: no I am not still in possession of any phonotarus, as I stated in my original post the creature "ate up" as it were the last one, seemingly stopping me from completing the quest, when I attacked normally (as stated in my sub-post) it gave it me in error (as it is not a collecting quest) and I was able to use it in another attempt at the creature, thus completing the quest

basically, I have managed to finish the quest, have no extra Phonotarus, but I kept the error report up in case anyone else has similar problems when they face the quest

actually........I have now faced the problem you mentioned of retaining a quest item in it's following quest "Power of the Spirits"

if my comment at 01/08/2013 22:16, isn't showing up properly, please let me know, as I too am just seeing it as ending in an open bracket

if it is just me that sees it like this, then ignore this, but I thought I'd say just in case

the charged gravitar and the other one are part of a whole quest and will remove both when the quest has been completed
