DoT bug? maybe

So i was lvl 28 when DoT started and lvld up the 1st 7b after it started, completed the main event but my DoT quest didnt change for bracket and didnt receive any of the additional valor from completing half the quest.

unsure if bug or not

Squall Leonhart,

If you level during dot It's tough luck really always been that way, better to always level before the dot if you're close or only do a few fights, wait it out and do final boss with enough xp to spare before levelling so you can turn in quest.

As already mentioned by Hells Legionnaire if you level up to next bracket when Duel of Truth is active you will not be able to complete the quest.
