I was doing garuug quest and the game/server crashed on me. Second time in four days, i've been denied the chance to kill garuug two times now. Can something be done about this?

Could please mention exact time you had this issue of game crashing for you? It would be helpful as i would be able to look into it to see whether it was issue on our side or simply you had problems with connection during this time. Thank you!

i dont remember the exact time it happened but i believe it was server time between 6:30 to 7:30 on 2/7/2013 and 11:00 to 1:00 on 30/6/2013. Would appreciate if you could check it out for me. Thank you very much.

There definitely were no updates or issues during 30/6/2013, regarding the second i'll be looking into it shortly.

okay no problem, the 2nd one should have been a server crash because the same thing happened to my clan mates at the same time.
