Has anyone ever come across this?

I was just bonbecrushed by strongster as a goodbye joke (he is leaving the game) but it happend at exactly 7b time and I was queued. when it finished I appeared at right bank and couldnt move so I refreshed. When it reloaded I was face down in the arena.

I know nothing can be done for me, but i think this should be looked into so it doesnt happen to anyone else.
