When I win a battle and it comes up with what I received for winning, it shows the money and how many pieces, but if there is something else such as potions, glyphs, sparks of inceptions, essences etc it shows the picture but the writing by it is not in English or any language I recognise it is more like symbols. Heavens voice only says about the money and doesn't mention the items nor do the items appear in my backpack. It registers items I am actively collecting as part of quest or under searching spells but nothing else. I am on an ipad but have also tried on the laptop/pc but still get the same problem. I have logged in/out and nothing seems to work so I can't get any 'goodies' to use. Any ideas?
