Cannot See PMs
I recently made a switch from Firefox to Google Chrome due to performance issues in Firefox. After I made the switch some things have been happening with my chats. Each time I log into the game I have to set the channels as the options for Local, Trade and Looking for group clear out each time. I also am not able to see any private messages sent to me. I did not have the issue prior to switching to Chrome but I do not want to go back to Firefox. Is there anything I can do in Chrome to help resolve this? I have already made sure I disabled all my older versions of Adobe Flash player so that cannot be the issue.
Please try removing your tabs completely and adding them anew ticking the wanted options after re-adding them. If still having trouble after following these steps please do not hesitate to let us know.
I still have the problems everytime I refresh or log on
I tried removing the tabs and re-adding them. This works only so long as I do not log out of the game or refresh my browser window. As soon as do either of those two things the PMs cannot be seen and the channels are wiped out. I receive the message "There are no channels in this tab, you can only send private messages." Except when I send PMs I cannot see what I sent or what I receive. I can send you screen shots if you like of what is happening with the chat tabs. We should not have to remove all the tabs then re-add them everytime we log into the game just to get PMs. Also chat window settings should be saving between sessions and they are not.
So the issue is still happening with not being able to see private messages and chats have to be remade every time?
