I noticed I'm not geting carcasses after slaying monsters, did the hunter rules changed? I have my knife equiped, to clarify. Thanks.

Could you please be more specific which monsters do not drop carcasses after killing?

The valterra in Vaalor academy grounds and the tkhiss in Caldiur Lighthouse. May be becouse they were quest especific monsters?

Yes that is certainly possible if they appear only for quest not to give meat for them.
