I am fighting correct mob. Also asked others around me and they are receiving it. My amount in bag stayed the same as I checked after fighting. I lost around 20 insignias. Please fix if possible thank you Ihit.

Hello Past and Future,

It is very unlikely that 20 Insignias "suddenly" disappeared however be sure we'll look into it. And monster you were fighting is correct one for event.

Let me rephrase, I am missing around 20 from the mobs I fought and won against. I do not remember how many fights I completed. And checking after fighting my insignia amount did not increase.
