server connection error every 5 minutes

why do we have to refresh every five minutes?
i am using google chrome...if its a bug hope u fix it soon (wtf)

I have done 2 7b and crashed in both, and even fighting mobs i`am getting very bad lag, not sure why this is now happening and hope things improve.
