Collection pieces when becoming best gunner/defenders or sailor are not guaranteed even though you have a higher chance of receiving them if your performance in second phase of Sea Battle has been better than other teams. However Best Gunner, Defender and Sailor from the winning team will receive additional Heroism. Amount of bonus points depends on Character level - this however is guaranteed.
