I'm trying to get items out of my clan chest, they have tried giving me access but I still can't get in. Is this going to be down for a while not being able to get in clan chests?

The permissions are working fine for me. Please give it time until all the infoportal updates are completed and if you'll still have issues with receiving needed access to chest let me know. Thank you!

Still not working I tried it today and was given access and could not take anything out of chest.

I deleted my cache and everything logged out and back in still didn't work.

I would like to state that those of us who had access before update can still grab. but I get an error screen when I give someone access. after refresh it says they have access but cannot get anything. this problem is from your end I believe.
