last night i recieved vandal rank i purchased vandal beserk horn it took 9 g from me never recieved horn i had to buy another horn this morning i did refresh multiple times hoping it would show up but never did ,,,, The gold however was gone and i recieved nothing
As far as i see you have only single purchase for Horn of the Vandal Berserk, do you still not have in your backpack?
