At around 8pm (Eastern), I hit a level 18 monster and received a Paladin jewelry piece. It never appeared in my backpack. Please investigate and refund? Thanks.

I can't. As soon as I noticed it was not there, the item name had scrolled too far past. I've dismantled only one piece during ths entire game. If your records show two, maybe that's the fate of this missing item, though it would not have been on purpose.
