Bug, Meat Roll Creation

Looks like a bug in the novice cook for meat rolls. As soon as I start creation it gives me item then shows 19 min + sec to next creation. I get items - just mess up in timing.

all the 'buff' foods are created immediately with a cooldown for creating the next one. once the timer reaches 0 you can create another meat roll. Summoning scrolls work on the same basis.
