Hello eagon889,
It's possible that you accidentally removed your Clan chat tab. To open new one press [+] button above the chat box, click gear icon in new tab you've opened and make sure to tick in "Clan Channel" in it, you can also modify other channel preferences if you want to see messages from Clan Chat in them.
