Stupid inactiveness
A very irritating thing that I have been facing from quite long.
1) I summon my dragon
2) to be quick - i click the x mark - to stop seeing it and fight faster
when i do step 2- i dont get the 3 options for attacking....i either have to refresh or wait for the counter on top to fully die out - EVEN THOUGH ITS MY TURN

I'm guessing you've already tried clearing your browser cache and cookies/update flash? If so and issue continues, does it occur every fight and could you please provide any battle logs where you have to refresh after unfollowing your Dragon?
Click settings (top right). Click the helmet-looking one. Then tick "Do not automatically switch on Dragon following mode after its summon".

Yes every fight... unless i close the dragon immediately after summon or wait for few rounds and then close it..
