Glitch on Necro collections

Is there a glitch going on for me?
I am not getting necro collections because my rep is above 1000 on it (trying to get the grey collections themselves)

If you yet have not complete gray collection, you still have the chance of receiving collection drops when using minor necromancer orbs on other players. Will you get them faster or slower entirely depends on your luck and level of players you attack (the higher the better).
