game crashes when faceing those who used cheats for reps

Seems like every time i have to fight one of these players that cheated on their hero rep the game crashes is there anything that can be done to fix this its getting real annoying bad enough that they messed up the game with cheats but then to crash to because of them. please help"> ">">

Hello baty,

I'd like to advise updating your browser and flash player as well as clearing your browser cache as no one does have such issues fighting with any of players. Also if you do experience something similar again please do provide a link to battle stats.
