No Reals for 100 Monster Kills

My problem is, that i finished today two times the 100 Monster kills but didn`t get the 0,2 reals for it. I was connected to fb and made the tick in that little box when got the message.
No Guard was able to help me, so they told me to ask here.
Last week i got the reals for that 2 times successfully, did not change any settings and now it doesn`t work anymore.
I hope here is somebody able to help me ;-)

Hello Tim_Finnegan,

You can claim reward for killing 100 monster kills only once every 24 hours.

Yeah, i know...but i didn`t get ANY reward, neither the first nor the second time i killed 100 monsters yesterday

last time i got reals it was on my fb account, but now theres no share and i didnt get the reals...again. i dont know where the fault could be. i checked my pop up blocker, i see the info tat i killed 100 monsters, the tick was there, i klicked that i wanna share...and nothing

Is there possibly a failure with my settings, so that the game did not connect to my fb page? i changed the settings, that only on my profile shares should be shown, but not for my friends (spam u know), but that doesnt work, too...no shares on my fb-profile
hope you can help me, cause there are a LOT of others with the same problem
