when I use my laptop with wireless mouse I get the register page rather than DE loading my acct. Can you help. Laptop set up for wireless from modem. thanks. Killick

Tried using Internet explorer & Firefox - same thing. Register Page. Tried disconnecting & reconnecting modem - same. tried lowering sensitivity of wireless mouse- same - Register page

The register page is usually because you're typing your email address or password wrong.

Just a note before closing this thread - if you type in your e-mail wrong you'll be redirected to creating new account page, if your password is wrong it will clearly state so.
