These seem to be available to some but not to others? Been checking with Master Davian and the 7B dude daily... what gives? And I have a lvl 6 quest?

If you're still having this issue of getting level 6 quest, please do try canceling both pvp quests if they're for level six, as player versus player quests are available for all level groups.
