i cannot purchase the scheme of weapon preparation. someone told me i had to do a lvl 4 quest to get it but ive done all lvl 4 quests and still can't purchase it. i suggest you fix this if you want to make money as i spend alot on reals and i will stop if i can't get the better armor as it will not be worth it to me.
