problem collecting the pumpkin helm

hi, i finished all the collections, gathered the candle, assembled the final collection now it shows its completed but i havent gotten my helm as a reward............ is this a glitch? in collections its telling me to assemble the final collection, even though i already have it.... can this be fix or what should i do from here?

Hello fallen one,

Have you completed all of halloween quests? In order to get the helm you have to finish and claim reward for Archylantern of Awakening quest.

hello ihit, i recieved a new quest when i logeged on, it was to light the pumpkins.... now there arent any other quests to complete

hello ihit, and ive completed the archylantern of awakening collection.... if you look at my info page you will see it, but i dont have the pumpkin helm.... is there a way to fix this?

You should be able to turn in your Archylantern quest now and receive the pumpkin helm! (good)
