What quest are your currently stuck on? Are you sure you have completed everything neccesary to finish it?

Maybe it was war among the Deidri? last thing I did was plant flowers, then I think I should have had a quest to go back to forest but it never came up. I need to get out of these clothes so I can do the new quest.

Also couple of weeks ago I got and Elite Protection quest to kill Murderer, but it kept telling me it was in Eastern Graveyard. I knew it was instead on the left or right bank so I went there and defeated it, but the quest was not accepted as being complete because I kill it on the left bank and not in the graveyard where it does not show up

Try going back to Valdian Forest, as it looks like you might have been doing level 31 quest chain to reach Dzhalmaarg. If you go there with your disguise ,if i remember correctly, you should be able to talk to him and turn it the quest removing your deydri looks.

Nope this is not working either, he does not come up for me to talk to.

also i am doing Light of awakening and have lite the two candles at Falatars but quest keeps sending me back there and they do not show up as lighted although they clearly are
