Wrong Gender

When i made my account i selected a female since im one but somehow i got stuck with a male toon, which is kinda embarrassing since i have a female name as well. I thought it was a glitch so i waited a couple days to see if it fixed itself. Its now day 4 and still is a male toon. Can someone fix this please
